What skill level is required for this camp?
This is a non-contact camp and all skill levels are welcome. The camp is for children 7-18 years old and the Clutchtime Sports coaches do a great job of finding the right place for the kids.

I’ve registered and paid online through PayPal. What else do I need to do?
Once you have registered online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal and from us (within
3-4 business days) reminding you that we still need:

A waiver of liability for each camper.

A copy of a physical for each camper (dated within one year of the camp)
OR a medical history form.

Dallas campers will also need to submit a campus tour waiver form.

Do I need to turn in a copy of a physical AND a medical history form?
Nope. If you have a copy of a physical (dated within one year of the camp), then you do not need to fill out a medical history form. We do need a waiver for each camper though so be sure to go to the “Downloads” link at the bottom of any page on the site to download the waiver. I do not have a copy of a physical dated within one year of the camp. What should I do?

Will I be able to pick up the camper packet ahead of camp so I can just show up to camp ready to go?
Yes. Our goal is to have at least 2-3 pre-registration dates so that we can be sure we have all that we need from you and so that you can pick up your camper packet ahead of time. Once we nail down the details, we will send out a message to the email address used at registration.

Is my camper guaranteed NFL player autographs or playing time with an NFL player?
Unfortunately, we have to say no. This camp is not intended to be an autograph camp; however, if at all possible, we will try to schedule a designated time for campers to obtain autographs from the players. If a player is unavailable for autographs, we should respect their wishes and appreciate the NFL player volunteering to attend. We cannot guarantee that each camper will receive a player’s autograph because each player’s schedule and availability is unique. Campers will, however, have the opportunity to hear the NFL players speak during the NFL player talks.
When is the registration deadline?

What time does the camp begin and end every day?
Start times for our camps can be found on the Camp Details page. We will do our best to keep to this schedule but if your camper is late, we will happily escort them to the right location. Camp ends at 3 p.m. sharp in Austin so please make sure your camper has someone available to meet them at 3 p.m. Our Dallas campers will return from the campus tours at 4 p.m. sharp so please make sure your camper has someone available to meet them at 4 p.m.
